The content of this website — service descriptions, photos and general guidance — is provided for information. Photos in our gallery show actual Arijen work. Service descriptions explain what we offer in general terms; the right solution for a specific system is determined when we assess it.

Service requests are not confirmed bookings

Sending a request through this website, by phone or by email asks us to contact you — it does not by itself confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed when Arijen contacts you and agrees the date and time with you. The date and time window you pick in the request form are preferences, not a guaranteed slot.

Estimates

The cost of work is confirmed with you before the work begins. Where a job's scope can only be known once equipment is opened up or inspected, we will explain what we find and agree the work with you before proceeding.

Offers

Offers shown on this site apply as described in the offer itself. Our heating and cooling start-up service and cleaning offer is priced as advertised, and parts are not included, as stated in the offer. Offers may be changed or withdrawn; the terms of an offer already accepted for scheduled work stay as agreed.
