Maintenance. We check the water heater — valves, piping and venting — as part of our heating service visits, and flag corrosion or wear before it turns into a leak.
Repair. Leaks, ignition problems and hot-water faults traced to their cause and repaired where a repair makes sense — and if the unit is at the end of its life, we will tell you that honestly.

How do I know if my water heater needs replacing?
Age, leaks around the tank, rumbling noises, rusty-looking hot water and hot water that runs out faster than it used to are the common signs. We can inspect the unit and tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes sense.
Can one visit cover both heating and water heater work?
Often, yes — the water heater usually lives in the same mechanical space as your heating equipment, and Arijen covers both. Ask when you call and we will plan the visit around both.
